"Episode X" by Ado is the theme song for the film "Doctor-X: The Movie" (2024), with lyrics and music written by Ayase of YOASOBI. The powerful song echoes the resilience of the film's protagonist, Michiko Daimon, as she faces one crisis after another.
The music video tells the story of a timid protagonist who overcomes her fears and discovers her inner strength. Breaking out of her shell and donning a new suit of armor, her transformation is brought to life through a fusion of illustration and 3D CG. The illustrations were created by Nina, who also designed the song's cover artwork. [Visual Master] [Emotional Storyteller] [Hybrid Director]
