世界三大広告賞CLIO AWARDSの「Music部門」でシルバー3つ、ブロンズ1つを受賞。Niantic, Inc.と株式会社カプコンが提供する、現実世界で狩猟体験を楽しめるスマートフォン向けアプリ『Monster Hunter Now』と、ボカロPやYOASOBIのコンポーザーとしても活動するAyaseがタイアップした新曲「From Now!」のミュージックビデオ。新曲「From Now!」は『モンスターハンターNow』内で独占先行配信された。
「From Now!」は「モンスターハンター」シリーズの長年のプレイヤーであるAyaseが『モンスターハンターNow』のゲームの世界観に合わせて作詞・作曲し、国内のエレクトロ・ミュージックの先駆者である中田ヤスタカが共同作曲・編曲を担当。
Music Videoは、ゲームの特徴でもある街なかで繰り広げられるモンスターとの対峙がイラスト＆CGアニメーションで描かれている。アバターになったハンターAyaseが『モンスターハンターNow』の世界に飛び込み、ゲーム内に登場するモンスターに苦戦しながらも挑み続ける、熱い狩猟あり、仲間とのグループハントありの爽快な映像に仕上がった。[Music Experience Architect] [System Hacker] [Asset Builder] [Co-Creation Conductor]
Winner of 3 Silver and 1 Bronze awards in the Music category at the prestigious Clio Awards. This music video features "From Now!", a tie-up song between "Monster Hunter Now"—a smartphone app by Niantic and Capcom that brings the hunting experience to the real world—and Ayase, a Vocaloid producer and composer for YOASOBI. The song was released exclusively within the game.
Ayase, a long-time player of the "Monster Hunter" series, wrote the lyrics and music to match the game's worldview, with co-composition and arrangement by Yasutaka Nakata, a pioneer of Japanese electronic music.
The music video uses illustrations and CG animation to depict confrontations with monsters in the city, a key feature of the game. Ayase's avatar dives into the world of "Monster Hunter Now," engaging in heated battles and challenging monsters both solo and in group hunts.
